The Pot Trichome Machine is a revolutionary design created by former Aerospace and Race Car Engineers at Ignite Product Design in partnership with our awesome Nevada client. The Pot Trichome Machine utilizes Freeze Technology previously only possible in an indoor environment. The unit is entirely self-contained and available as a stand-alone platform or on the optional farm trailer shown in the image above. Measuring 14 feet long The Pot Trichome Machine is intended for larger scale outdoor grow farms.
How It Works:
Feed fresh-cut plants into the hopper and The Pot Trichome Machine does the rest.
Use the electronically controlled Actuators to angle The Pot Trichome Machine down about 2 degrees. Feed your fresh cut plants into the hopper which is kept at below freezing temperature by the industrial freezer unit.
Use the optional Liquid Nitrogen injectors to bring the plant to the desired temperature even faster.
Once the temperature sensors indicate the plant is at the desired temperature, use the Actuator controller to bring The Pot Trichome Machine to level and start the Trommel rotation.
The Trommel filter screen allows the desired size Trichome material to fall into the collection trays below the Trommel.
Once all the material has time in the Trommel, remove the foam insulated side panel to access the collection tray area and remove the trays filled with frozen Trichomes!
Use the actuators to angle The Pot Trichome Machine upwards about 6 degrees to expel the discarded plant material through the exit chute (not shown).
